"There is only one thing that can replace a painting : the next painting."

With more than 20 paintings added to this homepage, I think it's time to add a more simple way to highlight the new paintings. I think a "blog" format suits me the best at this stage, as it could also serve in order to be able to announce some news (I have some) and some exciting (for me at least) new projects.

I think a lot of artists have their colour pallets that they prefer and keep reaching for. For me it's the blues, with a touch of purple. But as I just had finished a very specific project for Think Pink and had still some pinks left, I decided to put them to use, instead of letting the paint go to waste. This is how Chiron was born.
About Chiron :
Chiron represents our core wounds and how we can overcome them. Chiron is named after a Greek healer, philosopher, and teacher who, ironically, could not heal himself. Chiron, as a wounded healer, first must face issues of low self-worth and feelings of inadequacy and learn to rise above these issues.
If you have not noticed yet, but I really like Greek mythology (or Nordic mythology), hence the names for majority of my paintings.
Until the next time :-)
